We are a Costa Rican company with 36 years of experience in the tilapia market. We produce using the waters of Lake Arenal and return 95% of this resource for use in other productive activities in the area. We are backed by international certifications that guarantee the quality and safety of our products and our environmental commitment.

The Company has been working towards a new goal of offering at least 20% of its production under a green standard. The ponds receive the first use of water, and their diet is 97% vegetarian, bringing together a more sustainable concept by not using by-products from mammals and birds.

We are proud of our team, a staff specialized in animal health that is constantly monitoring the health of the fish. Our products are free of hormones, antibiotics and carbon monoxide. We export to the United States, Canada, Paraguay, France, Italy and Thailand.

• Whole tilapia: whole tilapia without scales, without gills and without viscera. Sizes from 500-700 g and 700 to 900 g.
• Fresh fillet: fillet without skin, skinned deep and semi deep. Sizes 3-5 oz, 5-7 oz, 7-9 oz and 9 oz up.
• Frozen fillet: fillet without skin, skinned deep and semi deep. Sizes 3-5 oz, 5-7 oz, 7-9 oz and 9 oz up.
• Lomitos: special for ceviche. They are extracted from the head of the tilapia.
• Pieces: special for ceviche. They are extracted from the head of the tilapia.
• Pancitas: they are extracted from the fillet, approximately 1 oz cut.
