Established in 2014, Cervecera del Centro, S.A., is a pioneering Costa Rican venture in the production of premium beers in its micro-brewery plant located in San Rafael de Alajuela, Costa Rica.
Traditionally modern beers, made under the law of purity with only 4 ingredients and with top quality German and Italian equipment, which guarantees each production.
Our trademark is "AMBAR", under which the entire family of our products is marketed, namely Premium Marzenbier, Premium Pilsener, IPA, Light, Trigueña, Gluten Free, CBD, Cero and Ultra.
Our quality guarantee is carried out by the hand of our Brewmaster, graduated from the Weheistephan University of Freising and the Doemen School in Munich, both from Germany, with more than 35 years of experience, who also supervises the entire brewing process and guarantees that each Ambar always has the same quality in each bottle.
Products
It has the strong character of a lager, but is easy to drink. The rich flavor has a balance of sweetness from the malt and bitterness from the hops. The foam is creamy and thick. ABV 5.5 / IBUs 12-16.
A light and very refreshing lager. Perfect balance between the notes of malted barley and the citrus aroma of its hops. The authentic Pilsener, with a very clean aroma and the characteristic bitterness of its style. ABV 5 / IBUs 21-23.
