The company was created in 1979 under the name of Gerber Ingredients. In the beginning, only frozen banana puree and banana flakes were processed. For 1992 it starts with the aseptic process line.

For 1994 Sandoz buys Gerber Ingredients and later in the year of 1996 Sandoz & Ciba Geigy migrates to Novartis.

In 2008 the corporate Nestlé buys Gerber Ingredients.

For 2016, the investor group CASEIF III purchases an operation from Gerber Ingredients and it is at that moment that the corporate name change is given to Paradise Ingredients.

All our products are made from fresh banana which is ripened until it reaches an optimum point of maturation that guarantees the production of a puree that meets the highest quality standards worldwide.

• Aseptic Puree: The aseptic banana puree is creamy, yellow with a sweet flavor to ripe banana. It does not contain artificial flavors or flavors.
• Frozen Puree: concentrated puree at 41 ° brix, with excellent quality, color, flavor and texture.
• Essence: clear watery liquid, totally colorless, with the main natural components of flavor and aroma extracted from the banana pulp, free of artificial flavors and aromas.
• Unpasteurized Puree: Banana puree made without thermal processing which guarantees a very healthy product while always maintaining the same flavor and aroma characteristic of bananas.
