Operaciones Aduaneras Rápidas, S.A., (“the Company”) is an entity domiciled and incorporated in 2002 in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Its headquarters are located in San Pedro de Montes de Oca, San José, Costa Rica. Its main activity is the provision of customs brokerage services, shipping, goods clearance procedures, import and export.

SERVICES

• Customs Agency: with the authorization of the General Directorate of Customs to act with the conditions and requirements established in the Central American Uniform Customs Code and in the General Customs Law, the agency provides services to its clients, in the procedures, regimes and customs operations.
• Cargo Consolidator: logistics operation in which multiple individual orders are grouped into a single shipment to consolidate a larger transport unit and thus avoid fragmented shipments and obtain better costs and delivery times for the customer.
• Shipping Agent: empowered so that, on behalf of the shipping company or operator, under the character of agent or mercantile commission agent, act in their name or representation in order to guarantee the client the proper handling of their cargo and compliance with customs regulations.
• Local Transport: transfer of merchandise in a means of transport properly conditioned to protect it, which can be marketed from a place of origin (where the merchandise is loaded) to a destination (where it is unloaded) according to the instruction received the client's.
• Customs clearance of imports and exports: Opar carries out the administrative process that covers different procedures and formalities required in the customs legislation that allow the entry of merchandise to a territory or its exit from it.
• Foreign Trade Advice: Through this service, an action plan is developed in collaboration with the client in foreign markets, informing them of those in which they can sell their products or services more quickly and efficiently.
